- Graduates with a minimum of 50% marks who have completed or are pursuing D.El.Ed or B.Ed are also eligible.
For Paper II (Teaching Classes 6–8):
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks and a D.El.Ed or B.Ed qualification.
- Have Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with 50% marks and a 4-year B.El.Ed degree.
- Possess a graduation degree with 50% marks and a B.Ed in Special Education.
A 5% relaxation in minimum qualifying marks is granted to candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PH categories as per government norms.
